A rank or score, a category, and any filters you set are sent to this site’s own server to compute a prediction. They are used for that response and are not written to a database, attached to an identifier or kept after the request. The CSV you can export is generated in your browser from the same response.

The site sets no cookies and does not use local storage to track you. Nothing you do here is remembered between visits, which is also why a shortlist has to be exported rather than saved.

There are no third-party analytics, advertising or social-media scripts on any page. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so opening a page does not contact anyone but this site’s host.

Like any website, the hosting infrastructure records standard request logs — the address a request came from, the page requested, the time and the browser’s user-agent string — for reliability and abuse prevention. These are the host’s operational logs, retained for a short period, and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Every college, course and closing rank on this site comes from documents published by the counselling authorities and the National Medical Commission. Those documents list allotments by rank, not by name, and this site holds no information about any individual candidate.
